Yoga for Kids

Join Vickie from the RiverPlex and explore mindfulness through yoga, play, stories, and games. Everything in these classes can be easily adapted to enjoy at home, too!

Feel free to bring a yoga mat of your own or used one of ours. Comfortable clothing and socks are suggested.

Spaces are first come serve, the class is limited to 10 spaces for children.Best for ages 3 – 10 years old. Children under 8 should have adult supervision. Adults are invited to participate at no cost.
