Please note, adult help is often required, and we do ask that an adult be available / participating for the duration of the workshop. Registration is required; registration closes the Friday prior to the workshop at noon.
Materials pick up: Friday afternoons from the Noble Center, 1125 W Lake Avenue
Please note, a laptop is required for this workshop.

Real Tools workshops teach children how to make and how to invent. They show children how to solve problems — and it compels them to find the problems they want to solve.
During this workshop children will use graham crackers, icing, and candy to make glorious structures of their own design. A “gingerbread house” is just a starting place!

Beginning in 1994, the US government recognized Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a “day ON, not a day off”. We see no reason that a pandemic should stop us from celebrating the legacy of Dr. King through a community volunteer project! Join the PlayHouse and OSF HealthCare to make cards for children at Children’s Hospital of Illlinois. Learn how to make different type of cards, and make an impact on the lives of children.
