The PlayHouse offers STEAM Homeschool classes at the Bonnie Noble Center in which students explore topics and activities related to science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics.
Join us this fall on the third Thursday of each month at the Noble Center to explore Biomimicry!
What forms do systems take in nature? What can we learn from understanding these systems? In this class, we will consider the connections between humans and nature and how we can design these connections in mind.
This program is for school-aged children between the ages of 4 and 12.

Join us on for a Preschool Party at Lakeview Recreation Center! Each class will include a hands-on STEAM activity, a snack, and playtime in the gym!
This program is for children between age 3 and 5 and their parents. Accompanying adult(s) can join in the fun, relax, and/or utilize the Lakeview Center’s facilities (workout room, TV lounge, computer lab, library) as well as using the kids’ gym with younger siblings during the learning activity.
Created specifically for preschool-aged children and their grown-ups, Preschool Party is a one-hour program that invites children to discover more about their world and themselves through stories, maker activities, sensory play, and movement. Each week focuses on a different theme, rooted in science and wonder.
Join us biweekly on Tuesday mornings for a Preschool Party at Proctor Recreation Center! Each class will include a hands-on STEAM activity, a snack, and playtime in the gym! This week’s theme is My Senses.
I can hear my cat when it meows, see her play with her toys, feel her soft fur, smell her snack, and even taste it if she shares it with me. These are my five senses, and they let me explore the world around me in different ways!

Join us for a fun, sensory-friendly night with dimmer lights, less noise, and sensory toys. Open to children of all needs and abilities, and their families. Sensory Packs with noise-canceling headphones, fidget toys, sunglasses, and other materials are always available at the front desk.
No pre-registration is required.
Cost: Regular admission rates at $10 per person or $3 with WIC/Link

What fun can you have in the winter in the snow! Bundle up in your snowsuit so you’re nice and warm, and go outside to create snowmen, snowballs, snow angels, and even snowcones!
