The Peoria PlayHouse’s STEAM Homeschool classes invite school-aged children to learn, create, and explore through hands-on activities inspired by science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Designed for children ages 5–12, classes are held at the Bonnie Noble Center.

This fall, homeschool students will explore The Science of Music! Throughout the series, participants will discover what music is and how it has developed over time, investigate the science of sound and how we hear and process it, and explore the ways music can influence our emotions and connect us with others. Students will also learn about musical instruments and the science behind how they create sound.

Registration: $10 per child for Peoria PlayHouse members and $12 per child for non-members.
